With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, Brittini Carter has worked with adults of all cultural, socioeconomic, religious backgrounds and sexual orientations. She is recognized for teaching individuals on how to manage their responses to life events and occurrences. Brittini began her online practice in 2017 with the pursuit to equip clients across the world with evidence based methods and techniques to successfully navigate through their life’s journey. Brittini graduated from Troy University with her Master in Counseling Psychology in 2008 and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida.

Additionally, Brittini serves as a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher. In 2019, she completed the requirements to be a certified teacher in a Yoga Alliance approved school and opened her practice for yoga and guided meditation. Brittini offers a unique yoga experience for students in the Central Florida area by coupling her expertise in mental health and holistic wellness.
