Licensed since 2001, Ms. Bravo specializes in working with issues such as PTSD, Domestic Violence, Physical and Sexual Abuse, Depression, Anxiety (including Panic Attack, OCD and Trichotillomania), Bi-Polar, Eating Disorders, Autistic Spectrum Disorders (both the affected individual and their family), Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, chronic health issues such as Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, chronic sleep issues and more. Ms. Bravo works with children, adolescents, and adults (age 6 to age 90.) Ms. Bravo uses an overall Wellness approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,(CBT), Relational Gestalt Therapies along with Positive Psychology. Ms. Bravo also works with Borderline Personality Disorder, but requires a short (complementary) interview before accepting new personality disorder cases. Ms. Bravo will soon be an Approved Supervisor and looks forward to adding supervision of Pre-Master's and Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns to her practice.
