ON DEMAND WEBINAR
Original Air Date: January 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM
How often do you tell your clients that they need to take care of themselves before they can help others? It's time that we take our own advice and spend some time taking care of ourselves. Let's start the new year with a focus on our own healing so that we can continue to do the work of helping others. Clinicians are invited to participate in this webinar to address or prevent feelings of burnout and overwhelm. If you need some practical tools for handling your stress and want to be re-engaged with the work that you do, you are invited to be a part of this workshop. This goes deeper than a discussion on self-care and you will walk away with a wellness plan that can you start using immediately.
Participants will learn the definition of compassion fatigue and how COVID has impacted mental health professionals.
Participants will be able to identify symptoms of compassion fatigue affecting mental health professionals.
Participants will develop a wellness plan to help manage symptoms of compassion fatigue and improve their quality of life.
