This presentation will cover strategies to grow your therapy practice while staying true to your authentic self and leading with purpose and your unique passion. We will discuss best practices in marketing a private practice with an emphasis on how to market ethically and within HIPAA compliance laws. We will also share practical tips including social media, online reputation management (google reviews) and the importance of a good website. Marketing doesn't have to be scary and dreadful. It is the goal of this presentation to debunk the "ick factor" and position your expertise while also honoring your authentic self.

MEET OUR SPEAKER
Windy launched Purpose+Flow (healthcare marketing designed for therapists) in January 2022 as a passion project that she developed over the past five years. She is also the senior business development director for two UHS mental health and substance use hospitals in Central Florida where she has been employed for the past nine years. She is a licensed mental health therapist with a background in graphic design.
In 2022, she was named amongst her peers across the county as a Legacy in Leadership recipient. She launched Random Acts of Kindness, a grassroots social movement to spread kindness in 2019. She serves on the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention board and volunteers with other mental health advocacy organizations in Central Florida.
Windy is inspired by making small positive impacts in her day-to-day life through kindness and whole-heartedly believes in the power of finding one’s purpose and flow. She feels fortunate to blend her knowledge of business and creativity while helping others create and grow their therapy practices.
In her spare time she enjoys creating art with her son and finding new and exciting adventures in life- from building a pillow fort to exploring new beaches across the world.
