I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over years of experience as a mental health counselor. I have a Master's of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I have also been trained in EMDR.
I offer counseling for adults experiencing life transitions, stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression and past trauma issues. I am determined to help guide clients to a place where they can come to realizations and conclusions that will help guide their patterns of behavior that will support their goals.
