Bio
I am in Private Practice at Winter Park Psychotherapy and Life Coaching in Winter Park, Florida. I do individual counseling, group counseling, and couples counseling. I specialize in life transitions, addictions, anxiety, depression., and empowerment issues. I use a strengths based, collaborative approach to counseling and consider myself an Existential Humanist. I do not currently accept insurance but I do offer a sliding scale on an as needed basis. I also offer a Student discount.
I attended New York University (NYU), University of Vienna, Austria (Junior Year Abroad), and University of Miami for Undergraduate work and Rollins College Graduate School in Counseling.
I am currently on the Board of Central Florida Marriage and Family Therapists, was a Past President of MHCCF, and am on Rollins College Holt School Board of Advisors.
