 Bio:

 Ruth Stern has been a mental health therapist for over 30years. She began her career as an elementary school counselor and later worked with outpatient and inpatient addictions for a non-profit agency. For the last 19 years, Ruth has been in private practice in Winter Park, Florida, specializing in EFT and EMDR  and  also a certified EFT Trainer for  professionals in the EFT technique.

In the past few years, she has added a coaching practice to help mental health and holistic practitioners to build a thriving practice, with purpose and passion. She coaches in  how to fill your practice with  ideal clients and how to clear repetitive patterns  that sabotage your success. Her ultimate commitment is to inspire you, to help you step into your own greatness to achieve both inner and outer success!
